Wingerworth has been facing some tricky issues lately. From the Labour Government’s drive to concrete over more of our countryside, to fishing at the Lido, plans for more traffic lights on Derby Road, and the Government’s year-long further delay to the desperately needed new school at the Avenue.

Ever since it was stopped by the Labour District Council, local Conservatives have been pushing to reinstate fishing on the Lido. To what extent do you support the Council’s recent U-turn and decision to reinstate it?
